Fountain pathways operate differently to River pathways. Your work is not a product or a business. Your work is influence, narrative, governance, research, cultural evolution, and deep thinking.

2. Foundations Training

​

Here is wher eyou are privately guided into the foundational skills of Desire Literacy. It's the same core ontology Rivers receive, but tailored for Fountains, and instead of learning in a group, training is delivered privately for precise, deep impact. High discretion, individually tailored. 

You learn the grammar in your own body, not just as theory. This is personal work best done discreetly because you cannot integrate this without applying it to your own psyche and life.

This is where expanded metacognitive development begins, along with the ability to understand the fuller implications of the three paradoxes and be guided by your own desire compass.

You must apply.
You must sign the NDA and personal use agreement.
This training is for your own development.
It prepares you for influence at scale should you opt to continue into full fountain-level training.

3. Thought Influence

​

After Foundations, you may choose to take the ontology into your own domain as a thinker, writer, researcher, or leader.

You can speak about it openly with attribution.
You cannot integrate it structurally.
You cannot build programs, curricula, or frameworks with it.
Your Foundations level fee covers this tier only.

4. Structural Implementation

​

This is where licensing fees, further private intensive guidance and royalties apply.
This tier is only for those building systems, programs, frameworks, institutes, or organisational containers using The deVinery Method.
If you reach this tier, it is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

How Foundations-Level Training Works for Fountains

 

 

Foundations is not academic study. It is not debate, theory, or analysis.

You are learning a new ontology that reshapes how you perceive, choose, influence, and design. You cannot learn this through thinking alone. You will feel the grammar in your own life.

Training includes:

5x weekly 1 hr Zoom calls will give you a solid foundation you can use for the rest of your life.  

 

Option: Condense the training into 1-2 full days if you provide the venue and travel.

How Licensing Works

 

Fountains are people who have already completed Foundations-level and have proven an affinity and aptitude for this work. By then, we will both know if this is the right fit.

 

Opportunities to be a fountain are extremely limited, and the learning curve is much more intensive. 

Your field, your influence, your intentions, and your ethical stance matter.

Licensing terms are negotiated. It is not one size fits all.

​

The structure is simple:

​

First you apply to Foundations.

If accepted, you sign the Pre-Training Personal Use Agreement.

You complete Foundations.

Then we determine together whether becoming a Fountain is the right path.

​

If you continue, we negotiate a licensing arrangement that fits your field.

 

Upfront fees and royalties vary:

​

Higher upfront fee means lower royalties.
Lower upfront fee means higher royalties.

 

This allows financially resourced people to invest heavily,
and allows high potential thinkers with fewer resources to still enter the ecosystem.

 

So you are not entering Foundations completely blind, the application includes example licensing scenarios for you to select from.

 

If you do not continue, you keep your Foundations level literacy for personal use only.

When You Become a Fountain

 

A Fountain has three responsibilities:

Think freely in third flip coherence.

Speak freely with attribution.
Build or teach only under license.

​

This is the holy clarity. This is how culture is shaped without distortion.
