Desire Literacy Foundations Program: Terms and Conditions By enrolling in the Desire Literacy Program, you agree to the following terms. 1. Nature of the Program This program is educational in nature. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for professional care. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate support if needed. 2. Personal Use Only This foundation program is for personal learning and exploration only. It does not grant certification, licensing, or permission to represent yourself as trained, certified, or authorised in the deVinery Method. Any professional, public, or commercial use of this work requires further training and explicit permission. 3. Attribution and Integrity Participants are expected to remain in integrity with the work. This includes clearly acknowledging the deVinery Method and Artemisia deVine as the source when referencing or drawing from this material in public or professional contexts. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program. 4. Behaviour and Participation This program is grounded in respect, consent, and good faith engagement. The following are not permitted: • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour • Repeated disruption of the learning environment • Bad faith engagement, including misrepresentation of the work or its intent Artemisia deVine reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour undermines the safety or integrity of the space. 5. Removal and Termination Participation may be terminated at any time if these terms are violated. In the event of removal, no refund will be issued. 6. Non-Refundable All payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure this program is aligned with your intentions before enrolling. 7. Intellectual Property All materials, concepts, language, and frameworks shared in this program remain the intellectual property of Artemisia deVine unless otherwise stated. Participation does not grant ownership or licensing rights. 8. Changes to the Program The structure, content, or delivery of the program may evolve as the work unfolds. Any changes will be made in service of the integrity of the material. ⸻
